CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) or no-show. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to rebooking.
